When Leadership Has No Barriers

Lead Without Limits: 3 Weeks to Purpose-Driven Leadership

An inclusive creative leadership journey for deaf and blind youth. Across three fully accessible weeks online or in a hybrid format, participants uncover their leadership purpose through storytelling, expressive workshops and participatory arts practices. They build communication and advocacy skills while experimenting with tactile media, sign-performed narratives, and audio-based storytelling.

Each participant designs a social project that matters and learns to pitch and showcase their vision in creative formats to community leaders and donors. Final presentations take the form of public exhibitions, accessible performances, or multimedia showcases co-created with peers.

Every session is designed with accessibility in mind: live captioning, sign language interpretation, audio formats, Braille materials, and mentor support. These support tools are integrated into the artistic process, expanding how leadership stories are shared and experienced.

And our commitment does not end after three weeks. Through Sekhmet Crucible, a 12-month mentorship track, we walk with each participant until they achieve their dream, whether that means registering their leadership project, becoming an advocate, or stepping into public leadership roles. The mentorship includes creative dissemination labs, where participants refine their advocacy into performances, exhibitions and publications that reach wider audiences.

This is Leadership Without Limits: a leadership training that is also an arts-based exploration of agency, voice, and social imagination
