Rule with Integrity. Lead Under Pressure
Over three intense online weeks, participants face real-time governance scenarios, pressure-driven assignments, and mind-bending leadership challenges. They will compete in teams (Eye, Scarab, Pillar), tackle the 72-hour SPRINT Ambassador Challenge, and navigate the Trove Game, a leadership treasure hunt that rewards sharp minds with the keys to unlock the Sphinx’s riddles.
Those who rise to the top will graduate at the SOFT Certificate Ceremony and enter the in-person Leadership Showcase, where they will pitch projects to real-world leaders.
But the journey does not end there.
Only the fiercest leaders will unlock Sekhmet Crucible, the elite alumni phase. This is where bold ideas are stripped to the bone, re-forged and built into powerful, registered and fundable organizations. Supported by one-on-one mentorship, these select leaders will emerge ready to register real companies and institutions that create lasting change.
This is where pressure makes diamonds. This is leadership with no way out but through.

Graduates can also Volunteer to support Lead Without Limits (Blind) participants as assistants for navigating sessions and assignment submission.
